Joseph Fischer

Joseph Fischer has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Joseph began their career as a Bartender at P.F. Chang's, where they were promoted from busser, to back-waiter (server assistant), to server, to bartender in under 1 year. In 2016, they worked as a Mental Health Counselor at UHS, where they oversaw the health, safety, and general care of patients in all activities. In 2017, they were a Bartender at Ted's Montana Grill, where they were Employee of the Month three times and averaged over $1,000 in sales per shift. In 2018, they became the Lead Technical Recruiter at Associate Staffing, specializing in full-cycle recruitment placing direct hire, highly technical professionals in the software development field. As lead delivery employee of the company, Joseph personally closed over $500k in profit in 2020. Joseph currently works as the Strategic Recruitment Lead and Senior Technical Recruiter at GavinHeath, where they are an active team member, training, mentoring, and guiding a team of seasoned recruiters in best practices.

Joseph Fischer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
