Lena Chang

Lena Chang has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over several decades. Lena began their career at Exxon Chemical in 1991 as a Compensation Manager and then moved on to J.P. Morgan as an HR Compensation & Benefits Manager for the Asia Pacific region. In 1997, Lena joined Bechtel Corporation as a Human Resources Manager, where they remained until 2005. Lena then worked as a Consultant at Synergy International Group Limited from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Lena is employed at Gaw Capital, initially as an Associate Director of Human Resources and later promoted to Director in 2022.

Lena Chang's education history includes a M.Sc in Industrial Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.Sc in Economics from UCL.
