Simon Lam

Simon Lam is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and leasing. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Gaw Capital since February 2018, Simon previously held the position of Leasing Director at HKC Holdings Limited from August 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included strategic planning, marketing, and leasing of commercial properties. Prior to that, Simon was the National Director at Jones Lang Lasalle from November 2006 to June 2015, leading retail operations in Southern China. Simon obtained a Bachelor's degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong between 1986 and 1990.
