Gay Gaddis

Gay Gaddis is a prominent business leader and advocate for women's entrepreneurship, currently serving as CEO of Gay Gaddis, LLC since November 2019, where the focus is on empowering women business leaders. Gaddis previously founded and led T3 (The Think Tank), which became the largest independent female-owned advertising agency in the U.S. Additionally, Gaddis is actively involved in various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Communications Committee for the Texas Cultural Trust and former Chairman of the Texas Business Leadership Council. A recognized speaker and author of "Cowgirl Power: How to Kick Ass in Business and Life," Gaddis continues to influence the next generation of business leaders through their extensive experience and commitment to promoting women in leadership roles. Gaddis holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
