Ann Marie Giergont has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ann Marie started their career in 2009 as a Human Resources Assistant at Knoll, where they worked until 2012. Ann Marie then advanced to the role of Human Resources Generalist at the same company, holding this position until 2015.

In 2015, Ann Marie joined Zurn Industries, LLC as a Human Resources Generalist. After a year, they moved on to Knoll again, where they served as a Human Resource Business Partner from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, they expanded their experience further by working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Johnson & Johnson for several months. Currently, Ann Marie is working at Gay Lea Foods, holding the position of Human Resources Manager since 2018. Ann Marie has recently been promoted to the role of Human Resources Director.

Ann Marie Giergont completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at York University from 2004 to 2008.
