Ida Kofoed

Ida Kofoed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and talent development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Change and Organizational Effectiveness at Gay Lea Foods since October 2022, Ida has previously held significant roles including Global Director of Organizational Change Management at Magellan Aerospace Limited and Principal at ChangeNet Inc., where consulting for global organizations in talent management and change management was a focus. Prior to that, Ida contributed to The Kraft Heinz Company as Director of Organization Development for North America Supply Chain, and held various leadership positions at Cadbury North America, overseeing talent acquisition and change management strategies. Educational credentials include an Advanced Human Resources degree from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
