Nicole Doherty

Nicole Doherty has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Waterloo. Nicole has held various quality assurance positions in the food industry, starting as a Quality Assurance Technician at Oakrun Farm Bakery and working their way up to their current role as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Gay Lea Foods. Prior to this, Nicole also worked at Exceldor Foods and Ippolito Group in quality assurance roles.
