Vachel Yuen currently serves as Plant Manager at Gay Lea Foods since September 2023, after a nine-year tenure at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee where Vachel held various roles including Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Specialist, Operations Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Processing Lead, Process Utility Operator, and Packaging Utility Operator. Prior to this, Vachel was the Owner of London Lawn Care and Property Maintenance from March 2010 to July 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Operations Management from Cape Breton University and an Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College, with additional education from Lakehead University.
