Michael Kujawa

Michael Kujawa is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Thermal Solutions Manufacturing since March 2024, Michael previously held the same position at Peak Toolworks, where expertise in engineered diamond and carbide cutting tools was developed. Prior experience includes Fabrication Manager at Guardian Industries, overseeing operations for a global leader in high-performance glass products, and Continuous Improvement Manager at Bentley World Packaging Ltd, a major player in export and specialty packaging. Michael's educational background includes a BS in Management, Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and studies in Packaging Engineering at the same institution, complemented by a high school diploma from Catholic Memorial High School.
