Lisa Stout

Lisa Stout is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as VP of Sales at Gaylord Chemical Company, LLC since August 2021, Lisa previously held multiple leadership roles at Eastman Chemical Company, including America’s Sales Director, Global Strategic Sales Director, and Global Business/Product Manager for Specialty Polymers, where Lisa managed global P&L responsibilities for a specialty business with 85% of sales outside the United States. Lisa's career at Eastman also included roles as a Staff Assistant for the VP/GM of Coatings, where Lisa was mentored for personal development, as well as various engineering positions focused on process improvement. Lisa earned an EMBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
