Michelle Carter, CHSP, is a seasoned professional in the hospitality sales industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Group Sales Executive at Gaylord Hotels since August 2015, Michelle also holds the position of Director of National Accounts at Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. Previous roles include Director of National Accounts at Gaylord Hotels and Director of West Coast Sales at Gaylord Texan. Michelle began her career as a National Sales Manager at both Wyndham Anatole Hotel and Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Texas State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
