Cláutenes Batista

Cláutenes Batista is a seasoned UX Researcher currently working at Gazeus Games since February 2022. Previously, Cláutenes held roles at Zoop as a UX Researcher and Quality Analyst from October 2018 to December 2021, and at Inmetrics as a QA Test Analyst from September 2015 to August 2018, where responsibilities included test planning and execution, adherence to Scrum methodology, and use of Jira for task management. Earlier experience includes positions at ITeste, Ebix, USIX Technology, and American Celular, focusing on software testing, quality assurance, customer support, and sales. Cláutenes holds a postgraduate degree in UX from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, an MBA in Software Quality Assurance from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and a degree in Marketing from Faculdade Tecnológica do Nordeste.
