Alan Clarke Stuart

Alan Clarke Stuart has extensive experience in consultancy and management roles across various industries. Currently a consultant at FutureWorld Associates since November 2014 and serving as Interim IT Finance Manager at Gazprom Marketing & Trading since October 2012, Alan has a strong background in IT performance management and strategic planning. Prior roles include IS Planning & Performance Manager at Thames Water, where responsibilities involved managing a £70m IS budget, and Change Programmes Manager at Aviva, overseeing a portfolio of over 25 change projects. Alan also established a web-based management consultancy and has held program management positions at major companies such as Dell and Lucent Technologies. Alan holds an MBA in Change Management from the University of Reading and is a Certified Practitioner of MSP.
