Alexander Belikov

Alexander Belikov is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Directorate at Gazprom since August 2014, Alexander has extensive experience managing design works, obtaining permits, overseeing project reporting, and managing contractor relations. Previous roles include Project Manager at Pöyry and Petrovsky Farvater, where Alexander successfully led multiple key projects, ensuring proper execution within budget and schedule constraints. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH" named after D.F. Ustinov. Additionally, Alexander completed a program at The George Washington University School of Business in 2013.
