Frédérique Sauvage

Frédérique Sauvage currently serves as the Group Head of Legal at GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) since March 2022. Prior to this role, Frédérique was a Senior Legal Consultant for restructuring at Bourbon from 2020 to February 2024, contributing to a complex restructuring process alongside the group's teams and advisors. Frédérique also held the position of General Counsel at Banijay Group from 2009 to 2018, focusing on M&A transactions for a rapidly expanding media group. Beginning a legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Frédérique worked for 19 years in the Paris office, transitioning from associate to partner while specializing in cross-border M&A. Academically, Frédérique holds a Maîtrise/DESS in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London, with ongoing studies in Data Protection at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University since 2018.
