John Moser

John Moser currently works at GBA Group as the COO and Vice President of Planning since July 2017. Prior to this role, John held various positions at the City of Ottawa from 1994 to 2017, including Acting General Manager of Planning, Infrastructure, and Economic Development, Deputy City Manager of Planning and Infrastructure, General Manager of Planning and Growth Management, Director of Planning Branch and City Planners, Director of Planning and Infrastructure Approvals, and Director of Planning. John completed their education at the University of Regina.
