Bethany Music

Bethany Music is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Green Building Education Services (GBES) since October 2015. In this role, Bethany drives top line sales, oversees sales and marketing accountability through KPI development, and manages operational policies to enhance profitability. Previous roles at GBES include Business Manager, where invoicing efficiencies were improved through QuickBooks, and Customer Care Specialist, supporting LEED exam preparation services.
