Jacob Allen

Jacob Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tax and software engineering. Currently serving as a TAS Manager at GBQ Partners since November 2024, Jacob has previously held key positions, including Software Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer at BBI Logistics from September 2022 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Manager and Senior in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax at KPMG from October 2019 to August 2022, and positions within the Transaction Tax - Mergers and Acquisitions and Diversified Staff Group at EY from July 2017 to September 2019. Jacob began their career with an internship at EY’s Diversified Tax Group in June 2016 and has experience as a Logistics Intern at Simplified Logistics, LLC, as well as a Shift Manager at Jimmy John's from October 2011 to January 2015. Jacob holds a degree from Miami University, attended from 2013 to 2017.
