Paul Horning

Paul Horning's work experience includes various roles in the financial and investment sectors. Paul started their career at KeyCorp in 1987, where they held various commercial lending positions within the real estate division. Horning then moved on to KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where they served as the President of KRECM and Senior Vice President of KeyBank, responsible for creating a national commercial mortgage company and establishing CMBS origination teams. Paul joined Innovest Capital in 2004 as a Managing Director, focusing on US healthcare and real estate investments. From 2009 to 2011, Horning worked as a Principal at Innovative Global Partners (IGP), specializing in international real estate investment management. From 2011 to 2016, they served as a Principal Consultant at a private equity and advisory firm, providing expertise in real estate, private equity, and healthcare. In 2016, Horning began working at GBS Corp as the Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Planning, before transitioning into the role of Director of Revenue Cycle Business Development in 2017. In 2019, they joined Valley Growth Ventures as an Investment Committee Member and Partbnb as an Advisory Board Member. Overall, Horning has extensive experience in acquisitions, strategic planning, investment management, and advisory roles in the real estate and finance industries.

Paul Horning earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Paul furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Paul completed their MBA from 1988 to 1990, focusing on the field of Finance.
