Laura Sloan

Laura Sloan is currently working as Research and Development Associate at GBUK Group focusing on new product development, DHF remediation in line with MDR, performance evaluation for IVDR, and usability. Prior to this, Laura was a RA/QA Assistant at Leica Biosystems where Laura assisted in the implementation of eQMS and revision of Change Control Process. Laura also worked as a Research and Development Scientist at Leica Biosystems, specializing in generation and evaluation of IVD Assays for cancer diagnosis. With their background as a Technical Scientist at Hart Biologicals Limited, Laura dealt with technical problems of existing products and ensured compliance with FDA regulations. Laura's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from The Open University.
