Jack Newton

Jack Newton is an experienced professional in community development and project management, currently serving as Manager of Community Development and Project Manager at GBX Group LLC since August 2019. Prior to this, Jack worked as a Research Analyst at CBRE and held project management roles at the Louisville Downtown Partnership, overseeing construction projects totaling $200 million and analyzing civic data. Jack's early career included positions such as Youth Outreach Coordinator and Family ESL Coordinator at The Carnegie Center, where responsibilities included managing tutoring programs and partnerships with educational institutions. Jack holds two Masters degrees in Urban Planning and Public Administration from the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Kentucky.
