Jeff Prioreschi

Jeff Prioreschi is the current Director of Acquisitions at GBX Group. Prior to this, they were Self Employed as a Real Estate Developer from January 2009 to December 2018, during which they developed over 500,000sq ft of adaptive reuse historic renovations in the southeast. From January 2004 to December 2009, they were the President of Capitol Places Development, a real estate development company. From January 1995 to December 2004, they were the Medical Products Division Manager at Zeus Inc., where they oversaw North and Latin American operations for the Medical Products Division, including Sales, Research & Development, Six Sigma Project Management, Production Planning, Finance and Marketing.

Jeff Prioreschi is a finance professional who has a degree from Old Dominion University. Jeff also has a degree in finance from Northern Arizona University.
