Cadu Sysak

Cadu Sysak has extensive work experience in various financial roles, including accounting, controlling, and finance management. Cadu Sysak began their career at Sobloco Construtora as a Systems Analyst and later moved to Deloitte, where they worked as an Auditor, conducting internal control audits and financial statement reviews for notable clients. Cadu Sysak then joined Milliken & Company as an Accountant and progressed to the role of Senior Accountant, overseeing general accounting, cost accounting, taxes, billing, and treasury teams. Cadu then joined Visteon Corporation as an Accounting Supervisor, responsible for general accounting and ensuring compliance with USGaap and BRGaap. Cadu Sysak continued their career at Wabco Vehicle Control Systems as an Accounting & Taxes Coordinator and later became the Accounting & Taxes Manager, leading general accounting and taxes teams. Cadu then joined Oberthur Technologies as the Chief Accountant for LATAM, where they managed accounting, month-end closing processes, and implemented a new reporting methodology. Following this, Cadu worked at Rockwell Automation as the Country Controller, overseeing various financial functions, including accounting, reporting, plant controlling, taxes, FP&A, internal control, and treasury. In their most recent role as the Controller and Administrative & Finance Director at GC Aesthetics, Cadu leads the finance, HR, legal, and IT teams, manages the office and facilities, and successfully transitioned to a modern paperless and wireless office. Throughout their career, Cadu has demonstrated expertise in financial management, process improvement, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Cadu Sysak has a strong academic background in business administration and accounting. Cadu Sysak obtained a Technical degree in Data Processing from Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo in 1992. Cadu Sysak then enrolled at Universidade Paulista, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1998 and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting in 2000. In 2007, Cadu pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

In addition to their formal education, Cadu Sysak also holds several certifications. Cadu Sysak received the DPO (Data Protection Officer) certification from EXIN in 2022. In 2005, they obtained the CRC (Brazilian CPA) certification from the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade do Estado de São Paulo. Cadu is currently pursuing the Formação Executiva em Crédito e Finanças certification from FUNDAÇÃO GETULIO VARGAS, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
