Cecilia Ziniti

Cecilia Ziniti is an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of GC AI, a company dedicated to developing advanced AI solutions for in-house counsel. Additionally, Cecilia is a course instructor at Maven, teaching Generative AI and prompting strategies for lawyers. An active angel investor and advisor since 2019, Cecilia provides strategic support to various AI and software startups. As a founding member of TechGC, Cecilia contributes to a peer network of general counsels across the United States. Previously, Cecilia held key legal roles at Replit, Ziniti Law PC, BloomTech, and Cruise, where significant accomplishments included leading business development, negotiating strategic partnerships, and managing compliance in regulatory-heavy environments. Cecilia holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, a degree from The London School of Economics, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Georgetown University.
