Carol F. has extensive work experience in the field of IT project management. Starting in 2001 at USAID, they served as the Lead Technical Manager for the organization's Worldwide Procurement and Grants Management system. During their tenure, they consistently exceeded customer expectations, delivered innovative solutions, and demonstrated excellent communication skills. In 2016, they joined GC Associates USA, LLC as the COO, where they currently hold the role.

Carol F. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UCCS in 1982. Carol later obtained a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Texas in 1996.
