Tera Glenn

Tera Glenn serves as the Chief of Staff at Growth Catalyst Group of Companies, with a focus on Advatix, XPDEL, and Archway since August 2024. Previously, Tera held multiple Vice President roles at Archway Marketing Services, where responsibilities included leading complex business transformations and implementing change management initiatives from July 2020 to August 2025. At Brightstar Corp., Tera led the global PMO for strategic supply chain transitions and COO transformation efforts from 2019 to June 2020, and served in various leadership roles focused on process governance and transformation from 2012 to 2018. Tera's earlier experience includes positions at Innonix Technologies, Brightstar Hong Kong, and Singtel Optus, demonstrating a strong background in program management and business evaluation. Tera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Environmental Science from Western University.
