Katy Reynolds

Katy Reynolds has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Katy began their career at Greeley County Health Services, where they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Director of Human Resources, Interim Chief Operations Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Marketing Director, and Patient Financial Assistance Coordinator. In 2022, they became the owner of Creating Culture Consulting.

Katy Reynolds received their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University in 2018, their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2011, and their Associate's degree in Business Administration from Colby Community College in 2009.
