Barbara Fryar

Barbara Fryar is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Barbara serves as the Manager of GL Accounting at GCI General Communication, Inc. since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing month-end and quarter-end close processes and managing treasury functions. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Wave Broadband, Senior Accountant at Qliance, and Senior Auditor at BDO USA, LLP, JPMS Cox, and Moore Stephens Frost, where Barbara developed strong skills in financial reporting, audit management, payroll processing, and software implementations. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University.
