David Willequer has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as a Technician III on the IT Response Team at GCI Communication Corp. since September 2009, where responsibilities include outage notifications, updates, root cause analysis, and event response coordination. With a strong emphasis on customer-facing, revenue-generating systems, David has progressed through multiple roles within the organization, including leadership positions in service desk operations. Complementing practical experience, David holds a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp and has a background in Computer Networking from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Prior to joining GCI, David worked as an Administrative Assistant at Steve Gilroy & Associates, creating web designs, managing databases, and providing training materials.
