Ronald A. Duncan

Mr. Duncan is a co-founder of GCI and has served as a director of GCI since 1979. Mr. Duncan has served as GCI's chief executive officer since January 1989 and served as its President from January 1989 through August 2017. He will be the Chief Executive Officer of GCI Holdings LLC from and following the completion of the Transactions
