Samir Patil

Samir Patil is an experienced project manager and engineer currently serving as Project Manager III at GCI General Communication, Inc., focusing on telecommunication projects in Alaska. Previously, Samir held multiple roles at Petrotechnical Resources of Alaska, contributing to a joint gas hydrate project with JOGMEC and the US Department of Energy, while also gaining experience at ConocoPhillips as a Wells Engineer and at Baker Hughes as a Drilling Engineer. Educationally, Samir holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering & Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
