Seth Berling

Seth Berling, LEED AP, has a diverse background in construction management, starting as a Project Engineer at Swinerton Builders. Seth later moved on to become a Construction Manager at Boston Properties. Currently, Seth serves as the Director of Preconstruction at GCI General Contractors, where Seth plays a key role in overseeing preconstruction efforts and national work. Seth also founded Pebble Pedalers and embarked on an 18,000-mile bicycle journey to raise awareness for environmental causes. With a BS in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Seth brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles in the construction industry.
