Dante Cunningham

Dante brings a wealth of experience leading DE&I efforts for companies across industries, including fashion, e-commerce, insurance and academia. As Senior Vice President, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Dante works closely with agency leadership to expand cultural competency, develop new learning and development opportunities and forge relationships with external partners to advance internal DE&I goals. Dante also oversees the agency’s employee resource groups and guides the DE&I committee.
