Zuki Potye

Zuki Potye has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zuki started their career in 1992 as a Filing Clerk, Receptionist, and Typist at Dazana Mafungo Incorporated. Zuki then worked as a Receptionist at Standard Bank of SA Ltd from 1993 to 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Secretary to the Dean of Science and Heads of Departments at the University of Fort Hare. Zuki then worked as a Senior Secretary to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Administration at Vista University from 1997 to 1999.

Zuki Potye joined the National Electricity Regulator (NERSA) in 1999 and held the position of Programme Coordinator and Executive Assistant in the Office of the CEO until 2004. In this role, they were responsible for strategic and business planning, performance monitoring and reporting, project management, capacity building, international relations, and report writing. Zuki also managed the office of the CEO.

From 2004 to 2006, Zuki Potye worked as the Director of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation at BlueIQ. In 2006, they joined Transnet Ltd as a Corporate Affairs Coordinator, a position they held until 2007.

Since July 2007, Zuki Potye has been working at GCIS as the Chief Director: Strategic Management.

Zuki Potye's education history is as follows:

In 2003, Zuki Potye obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Cranefield College of Project and Programme Management.

In 2008, Zuki Potye completed a Management Advance Programme from the University of the Witwatersrand.

From 2011 to 2012, Zuki Potye pursued a Masters (MCOM) degree in Project Management at Cranefield of Programme and Project Management.

In 2013, Zuki Potye earned a Certificate in Business and Life Coach from Orion Business Solutions. In the same year, Zuki Potye also obtained a Certificate in Performance Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Pretoria.

Finally, in 2016, Zuki Potye received a Certificate in Applied Risk Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
