Keith Fulton

Keith Fulton is the current Finance Director and Company Secretary at GCM Resources. Keith has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in audit, listing companies on stock markets, reverse takeovers, and general consultancy work.

Some of the audits Fulton has overseen include those of clients listed on the AIM Market & Nex Exchange in London, as well as the ASX in Australia. Keith has also been involved in listing clients from incorporation and on acquisition on various exchanges, as well as reverse takeovers.

Fulton has worked with clients in a variety of sectors including mining, oil production & exploration, IT, and retail. Keith has also served as Interim Finance Director for Three Cooks Ltd, a national retail bakery/food on the move business with a turnover of £45 million and 230 retail outlets.

Keith Fulton has a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University.

Keith Fulton reports to Datuk Michael Tang, Executive Chairman. They work with Gary Lye - Chief Operating Officer, GCM and Chief Executive Officer, AECB, M. Anwarul Islam - General Manager Environment and Community.
