Satish Ramabadran

Satish Ramabadran has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Satish worked as a Finance Director and Company Secretary at Bergen Pipe Supports Group in 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head-Finance and Taxation at V.S.T.Tillers Tractors Ltd from 2016 to 2017. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Deputy General Manager at Service and Trade Company LLC, where they oversaw financial planning and control functions for the Contracting Segment. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Financial Controller at Zubair Furnishing llc, administering finance and accounting operations across multiple entities. Satish started their career as a Finance Manager at ITC limited, managing short term debt and investments. Before that, they served as a Manager-Finance at ICI India.

Satish Ramabadran holds an Associate's Degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1991-1994). Satish also obtained an Associate's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Institute of Management Accountants (2009). Furthermore, they hold an Associate's Degree in Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (1988-1991). In addition, Satish earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Vivekananda College (1988-1991). Satish completed their Chartered Accountant education at PSBB, KK Nagar (1976-1988). Moreover, they obtained expertise in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law through the ACS program at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1995-2020).
