Michael F. D'Andrea

Michael F. D'Andrea has extensive experience in construction management and real estate development. Michael F. currently serves as the Vice President of Development & Construction at GCON Inc., overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects. Prior to this, they were the President of MIRMOR DEVELOPMENT & CONSULTING SERVICES, LLC, managing the delivery of multi-housing units nationally. Michael F. also held the role of Vice President of Development at The Related Group, where they established and managed the firm's regional office in Arizona. Additionally, D'Andrea served as a Development & Construction Sr. Project Executive at Alliance Residential Company, overseeing numerous real estate development projects. Michael F. has also held positions at City of Scottsdale, Banner Health, Hill International, Inc., Starpointe Residential Communities, Optima, Inc., and ARCADIS, gaining experience in various aspects of project management and construction.

Michael F. D'Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture & Urban Planning from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
