Prior to this role, Jesus held several key positions at The Lubrizol Corporation from January 2012 to April 2024, including Global Senior Director of Sustainability and Agile Innovation, where responsibilities included defining and executing global strategies in bio-based polymers and environmental regulations. Previously, Jesus worked at Merquinsa as Technical General Manager and Business Development & Purchasing Manager, overseeing significant functions such as R&D and new business initiatives. Additionally, experience includes roles at Synthesia Española and Hoocker, reinforcing a strong background in business management within the chemical industry. Jesus holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Chemistry and a PDD in Management from IESE Business School.
