Michael Finkbeiner

Michael Finkbeiner is currently the Head of Product Management at Global Clearance Solutions, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Finkbeiner accumulated over thirteen years of experience at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG, where responsibilities included leading the PMO for CSRD and digital project management tools, as well as directing global projects involving electrical solutions and automation. Additional roles at Rolls-Royce encompassed senior management positions in microgrid solutions and product management for various energy technologies. Earlier experience includes senior product management at J. Wagner GmbH and a strong educational foundation with a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and International Sales Management from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
