Katie Phillips, SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Human Resources at GCS-SIGAL. Katie has a strong background in human resources and consulting, with experience in companies such as Human Capital Strategic Consulting and TEOCO. Katie is skilled in talent acquisition, career development, and benefits administration. Katie also has experience as an AmeriCorps VISTA and an Intern at the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy. Katie holds a BS in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University.
