Alexandra Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandra began their career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at BT and later joined Sage in 2010 as an Account Manager. In 2013, Alexandra joined GCSEPod (Soundbitelearning UK Ltd) and held multiple roles including Subscriptions Team Manager, where they managed a team of account managers and focused on driving renewals through exceptional customer support and service. Alexandra also served as the Head of Client Services from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Alexandra is the Customer Success Team Manager at The Access Group.
Alexandra Armstrong pursued their education at Northumbria University from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree with a focus on Criminology and Sociology.
