Aaron Allen

Aaron Allen has a strong background in learning and development, with experience at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc., Insperity, and KM. As the Head of Learning and Development at GCT, they led the development and execution of comprehensive programs to drive employee productivity. At Insperity, they conducted organizational assessments and designed learning solutions to increase productivity and reduce turnover. While at KM, they established compliance standards and developed a new hire induction curriculum to enhance safety and productivity.

Aaron Allen holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Centenary College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certification from the American Management Association in 2022, Team Performance Certification and Talent Optimization Leader Certification from The Predictive Index in 2020, DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2016, and Extended DISC Certified Facilitator from Extended DISC USA - Canada - UK - Singapore in 2016.
