Ritu M.

Ritu M. currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at MUFG since April 2025, following a similar role at T-Systems International from August 2019 to February 2025, where responsibilities included establishing a Learning & Development Centre Of Excellence and overseeing global leadership development programs. Prior to that, Ritu held a Senior Manager position at Sodexo, focusing on coaching and communication. An Army Officer in the Indian Army from September 2011 to October 2017, Ritu managed HR lifecycle processes for a technical workforce and contributed to training development. Ritu began their career as an Engineer Intern at Cummins Inc. and holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, as well as a PGDM in Defence Management from the University of Madras.
