Jerry Divoky is a Vice President in the Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (“I&RR”) Group with the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (“BCI”) located in Victoria, Canada. BCI is one of the world’s premier institutional investors with total assets under management of more than C$145 billion. The I&RR Group manages C$14 billion committed thru private transactions. Jerry joined BCI in 2004 and is responsible for sourcing, executing and managing private direct investments in infrastructure with a focus on utilities, transportation and energy across North America, South America and Australia. Jerry serves on boards related to Thames Water (UK), Pacific National (Australia), and Endeavour Energy (Australia). Prior board appointments include Transelec (Chile), Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (Australia), Isagen (Colombia), NTS (Brazil), Arteris (Brazil), as well as for GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. (Canada).

Jerry has over 20 years experience in acquisitions including 10 years in energy & banking, largely in London. Jerry has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a B.Sc. Economics from the University of Victoria, is a CFA charter holder, and has completed the ICD Directors Education Program.
