Michael McLellan

Vice President, Project Development at Global Container Terminals

Michael McLellan has extensive work experience in the stevedoring industry, specifically in various positions related to container terminals. Michael began their career in 1978 with Empire Stevedoring Co. Ltd., where they held various progressive job functions until 1995 when they became the General Manager of Cruise Ship Services. In 2002, they joined TSI and served as the Terminal Manager for Vanterm Container Terminal until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Terminal Manager for Deltaport Container Terminal. McLellan then held the position of Terminal Manager for the NAVIS TOS Project from 2006 to 2008. Michael continued their career at TSI as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from 2008 to 2012 and later as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined GCT Global Container Terminals Inc. and served as the Vice President of Terminal Operations at GCT Deltaport until 2017. Michael is currently the Vice President of Project Development at GCT Global Container Terminals Inc.

From 1975 to 1978, Michael McLellan attended The University of British Columbia, where they studied Commerce & Business Administration.
