Mark Vandlik

Mark Vandlik has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at GCX and has been in this role since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at MAVA MedTech LLC as a Vice President starting from January 2023. From April 2016 to December 2022, they held the position of Vice President Device Engineering at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where they led the global device engineering team. Before that, they served as the Executive Director of Product Development at Therakos, Inc. from December 2014 to April 2016. Mark also has experience as the Director of Research and Development at EV3/Covidien from October 2005 to December 2014 and as the Director of New Product Development at Baxter Healthcare Corporation from January 1988 to October 2005.

Mark Vandlik completed their education with a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, graduating in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 1987. Before entering universities, Mark attended Hersey High School, although the specific dates of their attendance were not provided.
