Michael Van De Velde

Michael Van De Velde has a diverse background in finance and accounting. Michael started their career in 2013 as an Associate to Assistant Manager at Deloitte. In 2017, they moved to Deloitte Caribbean and Bermuda as a Senior Accountant. Michael then moved to KPMG in 2018 as a Manager. In 2021, they joined the University of Victoria as a Financial Accountant. Currently, they are the Director of Finance and Accounting at GDA Capital and a Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Digital Asset Portfolio Manager.

Michael Van De Velde obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Manitoba in 2012. In October 2015, they obtained the CPA, CA certification from CPA.
