Cyril Thomas Pandian

Cyril Thomas Pandian is a Senior Manager in Continuous Improvement at GDB Paint & Coatings since January 2021, previously serving as an Operations Engineer. Prior to GDB, Cyril worked at Prime Line (Prime Resources Corp.) as a Supply Chain Engineer from January 2018 to January 2021, where contributions included the introduction of Minitab for equipment qualification and collaboration on an in-house project to design a new fixture for pad printing equipment using AutoCAD to reduce operator variability. Cyril holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Operations Management from the University of New Haven, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. Ramakrishnan College of Technology, completed in 2016.
