Harshad Patil

Harshad Patil is a manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in developing extrusion processes for thermoplastic materials at GDB International since July 2019. Prior to this role, Patil served as a graduate teaching assistant at Northern Illinois University, where responsibilities included designing course materials and tailoring instruction to diverse learning styles. Patil also held a position as a student manager, overseeing daily operations and training new employees while ensuring safety protocols were implemented. Earlier experience includes working as a manufacturing engineer at Laxmi Engineering Works in Mumbai. Harshad Patil holds a master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
