Barry Adams

Barry Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and systems engineering, particularly within the defense and space sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development for the US Space Force at General Dynamics Information Technology, Barry Adams oversees growth strategies, new business opportunities, and customer relationship management. Previously, Barry held several leadership roles at Parsons Corporation, including Vice President for Business Development in Space & Geospatial Solutions and OASIS Program Manager, where responsibilities spanned market establishment and management of large engineering programs. Prior experience includes a tenure as Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, focusing on advanced technology programs, and significant contributions to the United States Air Force in various engineering and technical leadership positions. Barry Adams holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Product Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
